Why can not I upload? How can I reduce the picture size ?

Question: Why can not I upload photos? How can I change the outcome of the pictures (size of it)?
Answer: When you set the panel to management site> click on the relevant category notification> Then click
Place photo .And then resolves the result of photos.

Note: the size of the picture must not exceed 10MB (megabyte) to increase the server.
