Proweb Network is a web agency that deals with online communication and marketing, made up of a team of professionals able to support our customers and make them grow with innovative solutions. For over 10 years we have been trying to bring brands and people together through digital, creating exclusive and personalized projects.

In order to develop customized professional products, we select 3 database administrators, who know how to manage and administer company databases with competence and professionalism.

The duties will involve:


Design the database architecture, according to the needs of the company.
Structuring the backend organization of the data.
Schedule frontend access for users.
Control access to the DB and configure authorization systems.
Ensure data security and database integrity.
Update performance and perform DB tuning and maintenance activities.
Intervene in case of anomalies.
Program backup plans and possibly carry out data recovery.


Basic requirements are:


Computer Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or Electronics. Eventually we also accept other degrees of a scientific nature, but always accompanied by specific experience in the IT field.
System administrator skills.
Knowledge of programming languages.
Knowledge of the main DBMSs.
Ability to install, configure and manage multiple databases.
Expertise in database architecture design.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot.


Preferred requirements are:


Experience in DBA role or in very similar roles, such as Systems Administrator.
Ability to collaborate in a work team.
Willingness to work towards goals.
Availability to work full time or part time.
Good communication and relational skills.



The workplace is in Tirana, Komuna and Parisit.
The contract and salary will be agreed upon during the interview.
