Nj\u00eb studim i ri nga Universiteti Uppsala n\u00eb Suedi, i botuar n\u00eb revist\u00ebn <strong>Biomarker Research<\/strong>, zbulon se edhe vet\u00ebm tre net\u00eb privimi i gjumit mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb ndryshime n\u00eb biomarker\u00ebt q\u00eb lidhen me rrezikun kardiovaskular. Zbulimi \u00ebsht\u00eb zbulues, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht sepse fokusohet n\u00eb efektet e menj\u00ebhershme t\u00eb gjumit t\u00eb dob\u00ebt tek t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm, duke sfiduar iden\u00eb se &#8220;rezistenca&#8221; e gjumit \u00ebsht\u00eb e pad\u00ebmshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dizajni dhe rezultatet e studimit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Ekipi studiues ndoqi 16 burra t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 18 deri n\u00eb 25 vje\u00e7 n\u00eb dy faza eksperimentale: fillimisht me gjum\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb (8.5 or\u00eb p\u00ebr tre net\u00eb) dhe m\u00eb pas me gjum\u00eb t\u00eb kufizuar (4.25 or\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin num\u00ebr net\u00ebsh). Gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs, homogjeniteti n\u00eb kushte u sigurua: dieta, aktiviteti dhe rutina ishin konstante. Mostrat e gjakut jan\u00eb marr\u00eb para dhe pas periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb gjumit dhe pas ushtrimeve intensive fizike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rezultatet zbuluan ndryshime rregullatore n\u00eb rreth 90 proteina q\u00eb lidhen me proceset inflamatore, metabolizmin dhe funksionin endotelial. N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IL-27 dhe Galectin-9 u rrit\u00ebn ndjesh\u00ebm pas periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb gjumit t\u00eb kufizuar,<br>U shfaq\u00ebn d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb stresit sistemik dhe disrregullimit metabolik,<br>Ushtrimi, megjith\u00ebse p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht i dobish\u00ebm, nuk duket se i kthen plot\u00ebsisht ndryshimet e shkaktuara nga gjumi i dob\u00ebt.<br>Inflamacion dhe rrezik kardiovaskular<br>Proteinat inflamatore t\u00eb prekura nga mungesa e gjumit jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsues kritik n\u00eb procesin e ateroskleroz\u00ebs. IL-27, p\u00ebr shembull, \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhur me aktivizimin e rrug\u00ebve imune q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb mosfunksionim endotelial, rritje t\u00eb presionit t\u00eb gjakut dhe reduktim t\u00eb elasticitetit vaskular.
